Bukelon Fortress
Bukelon Fortress is located in Southeastern Bulgaria. It is situated on a ridge along the Tundzha River, near the village of Matochina. There is a well preserved high medieval tower. The height of the remains of the tower is about 18m and it in itself presents a magnificent view. The fortress is easily accessible by car.
