Klisura Town
The town of Klisura is located between Sredna Gora and The Balkans. Its altitude is 660 m. The population is about 1100 people. The town bears this name because of the closeness of the two mountains next to each other. Klisura is one of the centers of the revolutionary activities in Bulgaria. The town is also associated with the April Uprising. In the town, the uprising was suppressed by burning and killing most of the population.
