Rozhen Monastery "Nativity of the Virgin"
The Rozhen Monastery is located 6 kilometers east of the town of Melnik. It is believed that it existed in the XIII century. Today the Rozhen Monastery is well maintained and open for visitors throughout the year. The monastery has an irregular hexagonal shape, with residential buildings surrounding a beautiful courtyard in the middle of which there is a church. The Rozhen Monastery does not offer accommodation and food.
