Orlova Chuka Cave
Orlova chuka cave is located about 40 km from Rousse, near the village of Pepelina. The cave was opened in 1941 year by a shepherd who fed his flock in the area. Today about 3km from the cave are lit and accessible for visitors. Archaeological studies in the cave have found skeletons of cave bears and evidence that it was inhabited by humans thousands of years ago. In the cave there are many other interesting formations - "The Dinosaur", "The Owl", "The Turtle" and others.
