"St. Ivan Rilski" Chiprovtsi Monastery
"St. Ivan Rilski" Chiprovtsi Monastery is 6 km. away from the town of Chiprovtsi. Between the villages of Belimel and Zhelezna there is lay-by wich leads to the monastery. The bones of the dead participants in the uprising of Chiprovtsi are conserved in the tower ossuary. The monastery is a functioning male monastery.
