Vacha Dam

Vacha Dam

Vacha is a dam in southern Bulgaria, in the region of the Rhodopes, along the Vacha river. This is the dam with the highest wall in Bulgaria - 144m. Its length is about 18 km. It is suitable for fishing caracuda, chub, perch, sparrow, catfish, carp, sunfish, redbreast, pike and others. Therefore it is a well-known fishing destination.
