Panagyurishte Town
The town of Panagyurishte is located in central Bulgaria, Sredna Gora, at an altitude of 540 meters. The population of the town is about 17,500 people. There are many Thracian mounds in the surroundings. The Panagyurishte treasure dating back from IV-III century BC was discovered in the Merul area. The treasure was found by the Deykovs brothers - Pavel, Petko and Mihail.
